How does it work?
A DataCloud is formed of any number of nodes (ideally each on their own host) that work together as a single unit. Nodes can be added and removed from the cloud without affecting the cloud data. Newly added nodes will synchronize with the other nodes. One node is the master and replicates all data to all other nodes in the cloud. If the master node is lost, another node takes its place. In this way, as long as there is at least one node in the cloud, data in the cloud is available.
